  3. put all remaining ingredients in pan... and bring to a boil, reduce to low/medium heat and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes occasionally stirring.
  4. note: salt and chili powder are to each their own, make sure that its to your liking. as well substitute cayenne pepper for chili powder is good just reduce amount in.
