Very healthy upma pizza step by step

  1. Take a kadai heat oil add rai, adrak, kadi patta, chana dal and saute it for a minute add chopped onion and saute till soft. now add suji and roast for 5 minutes and add makhan, chilli powder and salt give mix. now add water and cook till hard batter..
  2. Take a greased plate pour cooked upma and press it evenly and cool down and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour so it completely set. then demould it in plate.
  3. Take a pan heat oil and saute all vegies till 50% soft add pizza seasoning, salt, red chilli powder..
  4. On base spread pizza sauce and pour cooked vegetables and arrange it. now arrange black olives and topping with grated cheese and bake for 10 min in pre heated oven at 180 degrees and enjoy hot with tomato sauce.
