  8. You need 1/2 cup of reduced fat Mexican blend shredded cheese.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of tomato salsa.
  10. You need 1/2 packages of low sodium taco seasoning.
  11. It's 4 of flat outs.
  12. It's 1 of reduced fat sour cream.

One of the easiest soups you'll ever make, I like to make Skinny Taco Soup to pack for a week's worth of lunches. To store the soup, be sure to let it cool completely before refrigerating.   6. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Cook until water is absorbed..
  7. Spray 2 baking sheets with non fat cooking spray and lay flatouts on the sheets.
  8. Put a thin layer of refeied beans on each flat out and top with meat and cheese..
  9. Bake for about 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatouts are crispy.
  10. Remove from oven and add tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and salsa.

Then build the pizza, and bake until the cheese is melted. We've also found lavash to be great for enchilada dishes. We also use them for tacos and similar meals. Use a silpat or parchment paper sprayed with oil to prevent them from sticking to the baking sheet.
