Fried Oreo Ice-cream with hot chocolate sauce step by step

  1. Take heavy cream in a bowl and beat it well till quantity doubles..
  2. Keep it in a deep freezer for 30 minutes.. take it out and beat well again..
  3. Add condensed milk and beat well till it mix with cream completely..
  4. Break oreos into small pieces and add into the cream and mix well with spatula..
  5. Put the mixture in a square or rectangular container and deep freeze it upto 7 hours or over night..
  6. After freezing, take it out and cut it into squares of not bigger than 2 inches. Keep it again in a freezer for 3 hours..
  7. Take egg and milk in a bowl and beat it well it's light..
  8. Take bread crumbs and corn flour in separate plates.
  9. Then take those ice cream cube out of freezer, dust it with corn flour, dip it into a egg mixture and then cover it with bread crumbs on all sides properly. Keep it again in a deep freezer for 1 hour. Repeat the process for at least three times..
  10. Take one by one cubes out of freezer. Deep fry it in a hot oil on a high flame it golden brown..
  11. To make chocolate sauce, take milk and chocolate in a pan and bring it to boil till chocolate melts completely..
  12. In a remaining milk, dissolve corn flour and mix it into chocolate milk mixture. Stir continuously so that so lumps should form. Bring it to boil and take it out of stove.. serve hot..
  13. Ready to serve.. serve with hot chocolate sauce, cherries and golden balls...
  14. Note: 1. Freeze it only in deep freezer.. may not work well in normal freezer. 2. Coat the ice-cream cubes properly.. uneven coating causes disaster...
